Registered Nurse-Clinical Nurse Program Supervisor

Department: Skilled Nursing
Salary/Hourly Rate: $52 - $54 Per Hour

Full-Time: 10:00am to 6:30pm (WEEKENDS REQUIRED)

The Clinical Nurse Program Supervisor is on the forefront of quality improvement efforts. Responsible for collecting, tracking, trending and monitoring data reviewing outcomes, compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Uses critical thinking skills to present findings and make recommendations to interdisciplinary health care team. Serves as clinical case manager and conducts new admission assessments as census dictates. Completes a clinical record review for current and new admissions.

What you will bring

Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

  • Must possess current CA license as registered nurse (RN), BSN preferred.
  • Must have minimum of three years supervisory experience.
  • Position requires individual to be detail oriented, organized with strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present data and recommendations to interdisciplinary committee.
  • Demonstrated competence with use of electronic medical record, PCC preferred.
  • Ability to flex schedule based on facility needs.
  • Legally Authorized to work in the United States
